In this Yoga Equinox Series, we will flow to nature's movements, bow our heads to the Light'  for its abundant gifts. 

Each practice offers: Poetry - Meditation - Asana - Pranayama to inspire as we savour the end of summer. 

*In this series you will be invited to write a short daily poem to a given theme.*

Intentionally, we move toward the equinox where supra-energy is available to the inner harvest.

Allow early beginnings of Autumn, to soften us into the fall of serenity, balance, and greater vision. 

Equinox is generously in-between. We will explore the esoteric application of the space in between. 

As well as...

An inner-sanctum of endless space to wander.

To be colourful, abundant in the silence and the breath.

To be enough and bath in self-care held in every aspect of harmonious life. 

*Requirements: Yoga mat-props; journal-writing equipment.
