2 hours - Join 'in or out' within the convenience of your own home. These practices are live & recorded w/zoom.
In this Yoga series we cleanse our bodies & mind with an intensity brought to the four gems of yoga.
Focusing our attention into the roots and fruits of yoga asana, pranayama, study and meditation with more time to play on the mat and in our home spaces.
Each live session will be set up as a classroom with live articulation, demonstration in a workshop format so you feel that you are learning and growing on the mat in all aspects of the 8 limbs of yoga.
All levels are welcome and motificiations or enhancements will be offered.
Breath and honoring the 'repose' rest posture is woven throughout this strong hatha-vinyasa flow yoga class.
You are welcome to enter and exist as it pleases you and aligns with your daily life.
Recordings are provided upon completion of each class for you to enjoy at a time that accommodates your lifestyle needs and preferences.
